Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, hydrographic, and construction surveys.
- Prepare and certify plats, legal descriptions, maps, and survey reports.
- Interpret legal documents and historical data to determine property boundaries.
- Oversee field crew operations and verify the accuracy of survey data collected.
- Utilize GPS, total stations, drones, and CAD/GIS software for mapping and data processing.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers to support design and construction efforts.
- File and manage survey documents with local and state agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and zoning laws.
- Maintain professional licensure and stay updated on industry standards and technology.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

License: Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the state of [Insert State].
