LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

Job Duties

• Provide design, design guidance and QA/QC for civil site and residential land development projects
• Training and mentoring of E.I.T.’s
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Manage project team of E.I.T.’s, CAD Designers, Sub-Consultants and Contractors to successfully complete a project
• Coordinate with Clients, reviewing agencies and project team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Texas Registered P.E.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in land development design
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain Client relationships
• Highly motivated to meet client deadlines
• Knowledge of standards for the various reviewing agencies in the Houston Metro area
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Share in Blackline’s vision of making customer service a priority

Software

• AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
