Desired Skills

• Revit MEP experience throughout the design and construction process
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, with 5-10+ years of experience in our field
• LEED Accreditation
• Client relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Management of projects and coordination with other disciplines
• Field survey of existing conditions
• Construction administration including construction meeting attendance, submittal review, RFI responses, and field inspection
• Performing calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, system layout, field investigation, and construction administration
• Providing engineering consulting services, including preparation of due diligence reports, gap analyses, and feasibility reports that comply with market sectors and company standards and procedures
• Producing drawings consistent with client requirements and standards
• Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects
• Representing the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members
• Responsible for managing projects for your discipline and addressing any issues as they may arise
• Participating in QA/QC process of completed work by staff
