Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Preparation of engineering documents and construction plans meeting client expectations, industry standards, and jurisdictional requirements
-Preparation of technical reports
-Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and other CAD design software
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans, design standards, and client scope
-Ability to review designs for adherence to standards
-Ability to perform data collection, data entry and analysis of data in the preparation of technical reports
-Continuous monitoring of the quality of assignments, tasks, and project deliverables
-Willingness to provide assistance to Project Managers and Senior Engineers as required for design solutions and other project goals
Required Education and Experience:
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. EIT certification is preferred but not required.
Ideally this position will advance to a Project Engineer II or III role with progressive experience and proper certification. Proficiency with AutoCad Civil 3D with hands-on project experience is a plus.
