Electrical Engineer – Lead Projects from Concept to Completion

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to take full ownership of projects—from initial design through construction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on independence, excels in complex system design, and enjoys mentoring junior team members while working directly with clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead electrical design for diverse projects, including power distribution, standby power, lighting, telecom, security, fire alarm, nurse call, and lightning protection.
• Coordinate across disciplines, manage consultants, and ensure designs are high-quality and on schedule.
• Perform field assessments, recommend upgrades, and provide construction-phase support (RFIs, submittals, site visits).
• Build strong client relationships and deliver innovative, efficient solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• BS/MS in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
• 5+ years in consulting engineering
• Proficiency in Revit, Visual Lighting Software, Easy Power, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
