We are looking for curious, collaborative, and independent engineers with strong problemsolving and analytical skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively on several projects simultaneously. We are looking for engineers that have the following skills or are willing to work to acquire them quickly.

· 1+ years of project management experience

· Professional Engineering License in the State of Washington or ability to obtain reciprocal license quickly.

· 4+ years of civil design experience.

· Interest in sustainable design and improving their communities.

· Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Candidates are expected to have the expertise to support project design and document production.

· Proficient with storm water modeling using WWHM or MGS Flood.

· Proficient with local stormwater manuals and preparing stormwater calculations and reports.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn and mentor.
