Responsibilities:

·        Research and collect site specific information and perform site investigative due diligence.

·        Review local municipal, county, and federal ordinances and regulations.

·        Design and draft land development concept plans for a variety of projects including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

·        Perform site design work including site layouts, grading, water and sanitary sewer utility design, and roadway design. 

·        Perform stormwater detention analysis and earth work analysis.

·        Prepare permit applications and engineering reports.

·        Perform quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.

·        1-5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, preferably land development or water resources.

·        EIT or PE license preferred but non-licensed candidates will be considered.

·        Knowledge of drafting site plans, grading, drainage and stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control highly preferred.

·        Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
