Description
This role is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys problem-solving and taking projects from concept to completion. You’ll work on renovation-focused projects, often involving MEP/FP systems, where creativity and technical expertise are key to overcoming existing building constraints.
You’ll serve as both a technical lead and project manager—coordinating with clients, contractors, and other disciplines—while mentoring junior staff and helping develop new client relationships. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to work on unique and historically significant buildings while supporting meaningful client missions.

What You Will Do:
- Design electrical systems for renovation and new construction projects
- Manage projects to meet client expectations, budget, and schedule
- Communicate with clients and project teams, resolving issues proactively
- Mentor junior engineers and CAD staff
- Contribute to client satisfaction and business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Architectural, or Electrical Engineering Technology
- 10–20 years of experience in electrical building systems (lighting, power distribution)
- PE license required
- Skilled in AutoCAD or Revit, AGI32, SKM/Easypower, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to perform field surveys and travel up to 10 nights per year
